Terms and Conditions

1. Driver-Station Limousines – Chauffeur Service

These Terms and Conditions apply to all chauffeur and limousine services offered by Driver-Station Limousines – Chauffeur Service.

By accessing and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services.

2. Booking & Contract

Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. Bookings are considered binding upon written confirmation. Full payment must be made prior to the start of the service. Hourly bookings require a minimum duration of 2 hours, including up to 25 km per hour (a total of 50 km for 2 hours). Special requests may be accommodated depending on availability.

3. Vehicles & Services

We offer business vans and luxury vehicles with a chauffeur to ensure maximum comfort and elegance. Included services: – Complimentary Evian water on board – Trained, multilingual chauffeurs – Meet & Greet service with a sign displaying your name or company logo – Assistance with luggage – Complimentary child seats upon request Special requests will be accommodated based on availability.

4. Prices & Payments

Payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card. For credit card payments, the applicable fee (5%) will be added to the invoice total. Full payment must be received within 7 days of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Advance payment is required; services will not be provided without full payment.

5. Cancellations & Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (preferably by email). Cancellation fees: – Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. – 50% fee for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the service. – 100% fee for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or for no-shows. For special events, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

6. Liability & Damages

Driver-Station Limousines – Chauffeur Service assumes no liability for damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic delays, weather conditions, or technical malfunctions. Customers are liable for damages caused by negligence or misconduct. No deductible is required in the event of damage. Lost items found in our vehicles will be returned whenever possible; however, we assume no liability for lost or forgotten items.

7. Right of Revocation

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of booking. This right to cancel expires if the service begins before the cancellation period ends. Cancellations must be made in writing, preferably by email.

8. Privacy Policy

Personal data is collected, stored, and processed solely for the purpose of providing our services.

We guarantee that no data will be disclosed to third parties without your express consent. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

9. Service Interruptions & Limitations

Although we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Driver-Station Limousines – Chauffeur Service is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. 

10. Final terms

Any changes to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated in writing. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction: Munich.
